Below is a list of resources for staying one step ahead of cyber security threats through awareness and dilligence.
Current Threats and Scams
Online Security and Safety
While the Internet makes many everyday tasks faster and more convenient, like shopping, banking, and communicating on the go, it's important to be safe, secure, and responsible online. Be aware of these scames whenever you go online.
You are the first line of defense. Cyberspace operations are critical to our nation and the Army's mission. Securing cyberspace is a 24/7 responsibility.
Protect yourself - If you believe one of your online accounts has been compromised, let your contacts know they may get spam messages that appear to come from that account. Tell them to not open messages or click on links from your account until you let them know everything's OK.
Help stop cyber criminals in their tracks by reporting fraudulent activities to the Federal Trade Commission. Complaints help the FTC and other law enforcement agencies bring scam artists to justice and put an end to unfair and misleading business practices. If you have a complaint, file it online or call 1-877-FTC-HELP.
