    How can I provide feedback about service I received?

    You have several options.

    First, you can contact the service provider directly.

    Second, you can submit an Interactive Customer Evaluation comment card. The ICE system allows customers to submit online comment cards to rate the service providers they have encountered at military installations and related facilities around the world. It is designed to improve customer service by allowing managers to monitor the satisfaction levels of services provided through reports and customer comments.

    Also, you use the garrison commander's open door policy on Mondays from 4 to 6 p.m. at garrison headquarters in Hodges Hall, Bldg. 4551, Llewellyn Avenue. Visitors are seen on a first-come, first-served basis. No appointment is necessary. For more information, call 301-677-4844.
