About the Study
Soldier Performance and Effective Authentic Responses (SPEAR) Research Study.
This innovative study is a collaborative effort between AWG and JHU-APL to develop objective measurement tools for cognitive development of individual adaptability through Army learning. Our effort to further quantify, understand, and measure progress of cognitive abilities is in direct support of the Army Human Dimension strategy and Army Leader Development strategy, and will significantly enhance the Army’s ability to develop agile, adaptive, and innovative Soldiers and Leaders in the future.
