Mission

The Directorate of Human Resources provides world-class Human Resources services to the Soldiers, retirees and their families from Fort Meade, “A Community of Excellence.”

Vision statement

• We believe Soldiers, retirees and their family, federal employees, government, contractors are the most important persons we serve.
• They are not an interruption of our work; they are the purpose of it.
• We do not do our customers favors; they are entitled to our help.
• Customers are not just a cold statistic. Rather, they are people who come to us with real needs and it is our job to help them as expeditiously and courteously as possible.
