Governed by the Personnel Claims Act, 31 USC § 3721, and as implemented by Army Regulation 27-20, chapter 11, personnel claims are gratuitous payments that are not intended to serve as total insurance coverage. Full replacement value program
Available for certain types of items, FRV provides claimants the opportunity to potentially recover higher compensation for their lost or damaged goods. In FRV, claimants must meet several time lines and file their claim directly with the carrier. Please click here for more information.
This is a web-based program designed to manage the entire shipping process. Anyone using DPS/DP3 should receive guidance and assistance during their entire household goods move, starting with their initial counseling and proceeding through the claims process. Please click here for more information.
