Traffic at the Reece Road gate.Transportation Resources

Fort Meade has established partnerships with federal, state and local officials to find ways to help mitigate traffic congestion by decreasing the number of cars entering and exiting the installation.

Several internal transportation options such as an internal shuttle and bus service between Fort Meade and the Odenton MARC station are available.

The Public Affairs Office offers the ability to subscribe to text alert messages about changes to the installation's operating status, road closures and severe weather.
